WAYS OF USE
Very versatile, from aperitifs with toasted bread to the appetizer, to conclude as a side dish for meat or fish dishes to be garnished and filled with basil leaves or mint. Interesting pairing with finely cut cucunci (caper berries) or slightly toasted almonds.
